💳Payment
All payments are by bank transfer. Wisell is not a payment processor. Buyers must transfer the exact order total to the Scotiabank account shown at checkout, or use a payment link when available. Orders are confirmed only after proof of payment is received.
🚚Delivery
Delivery time and cost are set by each vendor. See the vendor's delivery zones at checkout. Wisell is not responsible for late deliveries, but we will help you follow up with the vendor.
🔄Refunds
Contact the vendor directly within 48 hours of delivery for any issues. If you cannot reach a fair solution, email wiselljm@gmail.com and Wisell will help mediate.
🛡️Disputes
If a vendor does not deliver, report it to Wisell at wiselljm@gmail.com within 7 days of your order date. We review every case and may suspend vendors for repeated no-delivery reports.
