🛒Setup Fee
There is a $7,000 JMD one-time setup fee to open a WiSell store. Payment must be confirmed before your store can be verified and published on the marketplace.
💰Commission
Wisell holds buyer payments until the buyer confirms they received the product or service. Payouts run every Friday. Wisell takes a 5% commission on every sale. Vendors are paid weekly minus the commission fee. Payouts are made to the bank account provided during application.
✅Responsibility
You are responsible for product quality, accurate listings, delivery to buyers, and customer service. You must respond to buyer messages and order updates within a reasonable time.
🚫Removal
Wisell can remove or suspend vendors for fraud, repeated no delivery, fake reviews, selling illegal items, or consistently poor buyer ratings. Suspended vendors forfeit any unpaid commissions.
